1. Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery: To avail free delivery, you must order a minimum of two products at once, regardless of the order value, within India.
• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders with fewer than two products , a shipping fee of ₹50 per order will apply.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: We strive to deliver your products within 3 days of order placement. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed promptly upon receipt, and you will receive a confirmation email or message with details of your order status.

3. Shipping Areas

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship orders across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Location Limitations: Certain remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times. We will notify you if there are any expected delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the status of your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Issues

• Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
• Missed Deliveries: If you miss the delivery attempt, our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order again. If the delivery fails multiple times due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Shipping Address

• Update Window: Customers can update their shipping address and mobile number within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no changes to the shipping details will be accepted.
• Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD Option: We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for orders within India right now.
• Non-Response to COD Deliveries: If a customer places an order with COD and fails to respond to delivery attempts, we reserve the right to close the customer’s account.
